I'm a European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC, UK) accredited coach at Practitioner level, and abide by the Global Code of Ethics (GCOE).
I strongly believe that coaching should be inclusive and accessible, regardless of your background or status in an organisation or society. My coaching approach focuses on empowerment and fostering a courageous mindset to help you overcome obstacles.

I prioritise creating a warm, and welcoming environment where you feel at ease from the moment we begin working together. I believe that when people feel comfortable and supported, they’re able to bring their full, authentic selves into the conversation. This is key to uncovering the obstacles that need attention. I aim to foster trust and openness so that you feel safe to explore the challenges without judgement.
The level of challenge in our sessions is always guided by you, ensuring it aligns with your comfort level and readiness for growth. By honouring where you are in your journey, we can navigate the process at a pace that feels right for you.

One off sessions
I offer one-off sessions for those moments when you need support and guidance to navigate a particular issue, or when you simply feel stuck. It can be anything from trying to decide whether to jump ship, overcome procrastination or to just have someone to simply listen.
In these sessions, I'll provide a confidential and non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts. Together, we'll tackle the challenge and find clarity to help you achieve your goal.

Navigating loss and work
Navigating the journey back to work following babyloss or pregnancy loss is a deeply personal and challenging experience. My coaching and mentoring service is here to provide the understanding, support and guidance you need to approach this transition with care and confidence.
I acknowledge the emotional complexities of your experience and offer a safe, non-judgmental space for you to rediscover your strengths and navigate the work landscape. As everyone's experience is different, sessions will be personalised to you.
Whilst this is aimed at parents this package would also be suitable for those where the loss has also had an impact.
Package 1: £1370
A package of six personal sessions. This also includes access to WhatsApp support during the coaching relationship and 2 x 15min ad hoc calls outside the sessions.
Package 2: £900
A package of four personal sessions.

For added support via WhatsApp messaging during the coaching relationship an additional total charge of £50 is to be added.
